Lauren Roderick, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Lauren Roderick graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Science before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University. She completed her residency training at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center through the Southern College of Optometry in 2013. Dr. Roderick practiced as an optometrist and clinical educator in optometry for over six years before joining Oakland Eye Care in spring 2018.
She provides comprehensive eye care services, including dilated eye exams, and specializes in diagnosing and managing eye infections and diseases. Dr. Roderick’s areas of expertise include dry eye management, diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, and specialty contact lens fitting for corneal diseases such as keratoconus and ocular surface diseases.
A native of Clarkston and graduate of Clarkston High School, Dr. Roderick enjoys snow skiing, running, and spending time with her twin daughters in her free time.
